(4) Graduation (degree) certificate and major
Candidates should apply with the graduation (degree) certificate they have obtained. IV. Registration and Qualification Examination
This recruitment is carried out by combining online registration and on-site registration. No unit or individual may refuse to apply for and take part in the examination for any reason.
The competent health department in conjunction with the employing unit is responsible for the qualification examination. V. Examination and assessment methods
This open recruitment examination includes written examination and interview.
The written test subjects are public written tests, including "Occupational aptitude test" and "Comprehensive application ability"; The interview is a comprehensive interview, and the examination subjects (items) of each post are "written examination of public subjects+comprehensive interview".

3. Rules for entering the interview session after the written test:
(1) If any subject is absent or scored zero in the written test, it is not allowed to enter the interview.

2. Interview organization and implementation
The interview was organized and implemented by the personnel comprehensive management department of Yunyang county institutions, and was carried out in accordance with the "Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing" (Yu Ren She Fa [2016] No.281).
The interview will be conducted in a structured way, with a score of 100 and a time of not less than 10 minute.
The interview results are announced on the spot and signed by the candidates for confirmation.
On the day of the interview, if the competition ratio is less than 2: 1 due to reasons such as applicants abandoning the exam, the proportion of opening the exam can be relaxed.
The interviewer who relaxes the proportion of opening the exam must have an interview score of not less than 70 points before entering the follow-up link.
(3) Rules for calculating the total score of the examination
Total score = (Occupational aptitude test+comprehensive application ability) ÷3×50%+ comprehensive interview× 50%.
The total score is calculated on a percentage basis, rounded to two decimal places.
After the interview, the total score and the list of medical examiners will be announced through Yunyang County People's Government Public Information Network-Department Street Town-County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (bm_257/xrlsbj/) within 3 working days after the recruitment.
(four) the rules for determining the physical examination and signing the employment agreement.
Among those who pass the examination, the medical examiner or the person to be contracted (fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023) shall be determined according to the total test scores of candidates who apply for the same position in the same unit from high to low 1: 1, and submitted to the recruitment working group for review and filing.
If the final score of the physical examination or the candidate to be signed is the same, it will be determined in turn according to the academic qualifications and written test scores from high to low. If it is still the same, it will be determined by the way of extra test, and the one with the highest extra test score will be given priority.
The personnel to be contracted (fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023) sign an employment agreement with the employing unit with their valid ID card and Employment Agreement, and the Employment Agreement shall be provided by the candidates themselves.
After confirmation, the vacancy arising from signing the employment agreement will be automatically waived. With the approval of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, candidates who apply for the same position in the same unit can be replenished at one time according to the total score of the examination from high score to low score.
Six, physical examination and inspection
(1) Physical examination
The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the county human resources and social security bureau in conjunction with the competent health department according to regulations.
Physical examination shall be conducted in the designated qualified medical and health institutions at or above the county level.
Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the designated place according to the specified time will no longer enter the follow-up link of this recruitment.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the provisions of the Notice on Revising the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) and the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (No.2016140 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and in combination with the actual requirements of the industry or post, and the Physical Examination Form for Staff Employment in Public Institutions shall be filled in as required.
The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
Except for the items that should be re-examined on the spot or on the same day according to relevant regulations, if the recruiting unit or the examinee has any objection to the conclusion of the medical examination, he can submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination with the consent of the county human resources and social security bureau. The conclusion of the medical examination shall prevail.
On August 2, 2023, the graduates in 2023 who signed the Employment Agreement and the undergraduates who obtained the certificate of standardized training for residents in 2023 submitted their valid ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates, student status files, standardized training certificates for residents or qualified grades, and realistic performance certificates issued by their institutions (mainly including compliance with laws and regulations, moral quality, rewards and punishments, learning, etc.) to the Personnel Department of Yunyang County Health and Health Committee for review.
Later, on August 3, 2023, the county human resources and social security bureau organized and implemented according to regulations, and the physical examination was carried out in the designated qualified medical and health institutions at or above the county level.
Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the designated place on time will no longer enter the follow-up link of this recruitment.
(2) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination shall be comprehensively inspected by the competent health department in conjunction with the employing unit in accordance with the Measures for the Investigation of Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing and other regulations, including political and ideological quality, moral quality cultivation, ability and quality, law-abiding situation, daily study and work, and whether it is necessary to avoid it. After the inspection, the inspection conclusion shall be made according to the facts.
After the investigation list is determined, it shall promptly notify the object of investigation.
The inspection should adhere to the principle of "whoever enters must be examined", and strictly review the personnel files, credit records and illegal and criminal records of the proposed personnel according to the requirements of "who inspects and who is responsible" and "who leaves traces", and check whether the registration materials and other relevant materials provided by the proposed personnel are true or not, and pay attention to on-the-spot inspection, extended inspection and official website inquiry.

Candidates who fail to obtain graduation certificates, qualification certificates and other certificates required by the post requirements within the time limit specified in this announcement will be disqualified from publicity and employment.
VIII. Employment and Treatment
After publicity, there is no objection, or the objection information is verified not to affect the proposed employment, the employer shall put forward the proposed employment opinions, which shall be submitted to the county human resources and social security bureau for examination and approval after being audited by the competent health department.
The recruiting unit and the employed personnel shall sign the Employment Contract of Public Institutions according to the regulations, establish personnel relations, improve the employment procedures, and the relevant treatment shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of Chongqing Municipality.

After the probation period expires, they will be formally employed; If the employee fails to pass the examination during the probation period or at the end of the probation period, the employment contract shall be terminated.

IX. Disciplinary requirements
