Ingredients: dumpling skin, pork and scallion filling, chopsticks.
1. Take a piece of dumpling skin and place it flat on the palm of your hand. Use chopsticks to take a little dumpling filling and put it on the dumpling skin.
2. Pinch the center and fold it in half. Start pinching from one side.
3. Pinch the other side in the same way. Just make sure you pinch it tightly at the end.
