Red bean paste dumplings
Ingredients: red beans, glutinous rice flour and rock sugar
Practice:
1. Soak the red beans for one night in advance.
2. Put the soaked red beans and rock sugar into the rice cooker.
3. add a small amount of water to the glutinous rice flour several times and knead until the dough is smooth.
4. Knead into small dumplings, boil with water, cook until floating, and take out cold water.
5. Cook the cooked red beans in a pot for a few minutes, press them until they are soft and rotten, then put them in a small round ball and cook for a few minutes before serving.
