1. Put the flat water tofu into boiling water and blanch it for about 10 seconds. Take it out, rinse it with cold water and press it into a puree. Crush the water chestnuts and cut them into pieces
2. Put the chopped lean pork into a steel basin, add salt, and start the meat pounding process
3. Add monosodium glutamate powder, sugar and eggs to the meat pounded in step 2 and mix well. Add 50cc of water in 2 additions while adding water.
