Beer fermentation tanks cannot be cleaned with 100-degree hot water. The cleaning process of the fermentation tank is as follows:

1. After the fermentation tank is used, rinse it with clean water for 30 minutes. The discharged water shall be clear and clear without residue.

2. Use a sodium hydroxide solution with a temperature of 80-85°C and a concentration of 4% to perform a CIP cycle for 30 minutes.

3. Rinse the fermentation tank with clean water for 20 minutes.

4. Use a chlorine dioxide solution with a concentration of 200ppm or a formaldehyde aqueous solution with a concentration of 2% for CIP cycle for 30-40 minutes.

5. Rinse the fermentation tank with sterile water for 20-30 minutes.

6. Before the wort enters the tank, pump 85-90°C hot water from the cone bottom of the fermentation tank to the exhaust pipe to discharge the water. After soaking for 30-40 minutes, drain it and cool it to 8- 9℃, set aside.
