Working principle of press
The working process of the double-screw press is as follows: the conveying screw pushes the material entering the feed box to the press screw, and the liquid (fruit juice) contained in the material is squeezed out by decreasing the pitch and increasing the shaft diameter of the press screw and under the resistance of the screen wall and the conical body. The squeezed liquid flows out of the screen hole and is concentrated in the juice receiving hopper. The squeezed fruit residue is discharged from the machine through the gap between the end of the screen cylinder and the conical body, and a spring is installed at the back of the conical body. The discharge resistance and the size of the slag outlet can be changed to adjust the dry and wet degree of pressing. 5, 10, 20t/h, the press rotates in double helix, with opposite rotation directions, and the pressing force on the material is large and uniform. The conical body of the slag outlet is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, and the pressure effect on the material can be changed by adjusting the oil pressure, so as to adjust the juice yield. This machine can also be used for solid-liquid separation of other materials, and its effect is certain due to different material qualities. The feed box, sieve tube and screw of this machine are all made of high quality acid and alkali resistant 304 stainless steel.
