How to make
1. Add beef slices to the marinade and scrunch well, marinate for ? Add the marinade to the beef and marinate for a few minutes, slice the mushrooms and set aside.
2. Heat a wok, add 2 tbsp salad oil, add beef slices and minced garlic from recipe 1 and sauté until the color turns white, add oiled noodles, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and sliced carrots, and sauté for 3 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add water and all the seasonings in Method 2, bring to a boil over medium heat, cover and simmer for 2 minutes, add the greens, and cook over high heat until the soup thickens.
