Mrs. Child's closure is heartbreaking, and her books Inception, Road to the Underworld, Pancake Truck, The Royalist, and Mole on the Cheek are all very beloved works.

The Cheeky Mole and Daito, both stories about brokenness, redemption, and destiny, and the love she writes is so strong and sincere.

And she's especially good at creating a sticky, moist eroticism, although the settings of her writing (in the case of these two books) are right up my alley.

But good writing can really do anything.
