Boil beef offal and beef blood first. It is best to cook beef offal and beef blood separately, without using a pot, and remember not to put any seasoning.
A light taste
Spread chopped green onion, salt, monosodium glutamate and black pepper, and then add cooked and cut beef offal or blood.
Brew it with beef offal soup (beef soup and bone soup can have different tastes, but I think it's original), and you're done.
A taste-oriented approach
First, stir-fry the chopped shallots, ginger, pepper and dried peppers (appropriate amount can be prepared according to personal taste) with oil, then put the cooked and cut beef offal or blood into a pot and stir-fry, add beef offal soup, and add salt, monosodium glutamate and black pepper (not needed for personal taste).
