Hand-grabbed cakes/eggs/diced ham/black pepper and sea salt/cooking oil/tomato sauce/cheese slices/chopped green onion
Three steps (practice):
Beat two eggs in 1 bowl, add chopped green onion, diced ham, black pepper and sea salt, and stir well.
Brush the pan with oil, add the prepared ingredients, spread it into an egg cake, and put it into a hand-grabbed cake.
When the surface is slightly solidified, turn it over, brush it with tomato sauce, put in two slices of cheese, and fold it in half in the middle to serve. The remaining temperature can be kept until the cheese slices melt.
Be sure to cook the omelet slowly over low heat until it is cooked.
