Method for frying three layers of meat with green pepper
Wash the fat and thin pork belly, boil it in cold water for two minutes, remove and drain the slices.
Slice green pepper, slice ginger, mash garlic and cut onion into small pieces.
Light a fire in the pot. When the pot is hot, pour in 1 teaspoon peanut oil, add the sliced meat and stir-fry until fragrant, cook the wine, and turn down the heat and slowly fry until both sides are golden.
Take out the sliced meat, leave the bottom oil in the pan, saute ginger slices, minced garlic and shallots, stir-fry green peppers for a while, then pour in the sliced meat, add soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry evenly, season with salt, and add chives.
