The concept of a set meal is that it starts with a soup, followed by an appetizer (salad, starter, whatever), then a main course, then a dessert, and finally coffee! Tea!
French, l'entree is starter that is, appetizer, l'aperitif it is meal before drinking, le digestif is meal after drinking, le plat principal is main course 啦, as for the le dessert needless to say it, with the English is almost ah, is the dessert! I'm not sure if you're going to be able to do that.
If you still insist, then:
1, onion soup
Onion shredded, sautéed in butter on the color, into the leaves, black pepper, a little bit of garlic, red wine, thyme (thyme)
When the red wine boiled to the province of half of the time, add beef broth, if not, then add chicken broth can also be added or add chicken powder with water! Finally add salt on the line!
2, pineapple chicken salad
Cooked chicken, pineapple, diced.
Toss it with salad dressing!
How about that for simplicity?
3,Pork Chop
Slice the pork spine with the back of a knife, add salt and pepper.
Stick 1 flour, 2 egg wash, 3 bread crumbs (if you don't have any, use steamed bread crumbs)
Remember to follow the order of 1, 2, 3.
Stick it well and then fry it in oil! You can eat it with salad dressing, thousand island dressing!
4, dessert
I don't think it's necessary, use fruit, yogurt or something instead!
5, and finally a cup of coffee to drink!!!!
I'm sure your Valentine's Day will be a happy one in advance!
Next time don't get a set menu, make it two sandwiches,
I'm dying of exhaustion and vomiting blood!
Western Set Meal (2)
Western Set Meal: prawns and mushrooms, no frying!
Marinate the shrimp with a little lemon juice, white wine and salt!
After the shrimp have tasted good, break them up and puree them!
Then stir in some chopped onion, salt, and egg white! Until you feel the shrimp filling is strong!
Root the fresh white mushrooms (I think they're called portobello mushrooms) and fill the mushrooms with the stuffing,
and bake in the oven!
The main course is steak and prawns 。。。。。
Marinate the prawns and fry them!
Marinate the steak with salt, black pepper and fry it
Lyonnaise potato for the side dish!
Slice the onions, slice the potatoes (preferably boiled to 6, it will be faster)
Sauté the potatoes, add the onions, salt
Stay until the potatoes are ripe and the onions are soft and golden brown!
As for the other vegetable side dishes 。。。。
It's up to you, just stir-fry some vegetables (preferably different types and colors)!
For example: asparagus, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms 。。。。。
Finally, lyonnaise on the bottom, steak on top, prawns (make a cut in the center, but don't cut it off!)
Lay on top of the steak, side in with some veggies, and FINISH! (If you have the conditions, make a juice
like what, red wine juice, pepper juice or something!!!!)
king prown beef steak with lyonnaise potato and market vegetables
Isn't that easy? (
Western Set Meal (3)
Soup, just pick one from the replies your brother got for me to organize!
Okay, let's start with salad,
simple and delicious 。。。。。。 (I'll tell you my favorite one!)
Tomato salad (it's really just tomatoes with salt :P)
It doesn't matter if the tomatoes are sliced or horned, just put them in a container, add salt, chopped onion, and mix well.
Summer eating rage!!!!
For the main course, I'd like to make some pork chops (it's also easier to make them at home!)
Pork through the spine cut thick slices, and then pat thin with the back of the knife, with salt, pepper, salt good!
In order, dip in flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs!
After that it goes under over fried and it's done!!!! Serve with some french fries if you can!!!!
You can also make some Thousand Island dressing to eat with the pork chops!
Methods: Thousand Island Dressing
Salad Dressing (if you don't want to make your own, buy it, we recommend Hollmann's), add Tomato Salsa,
Crushed hard-boiled egg, chopped cucumber, lemon juice (if you don't have any, just use white vinegar, or the water in the canned cucumber)
Salt and Pepper!
Stir well to combine!
No need for dessert, right?
Makes a great fruit plate!
1, Mashed Potatoes
Boil or steam the potatoes and peel them. Puree the potatoes in a processor (you can also do this without a machine,
as long as the potatoes are rotten enough)!
Add cardamom (Nutmeg), egg yolks, salt, milk, butter, pepper and cream!
(If you need low fat, don't add butter and cream!)
2. Italian Vegetable Soup
Cut onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, cabbage
Cut into small squares and sauté onions, carrots, celery, eggplant, zucchini, in butter.
Add parsley, thyme, oregano, basil (bay-leaf, thyme, oregano, basil)
Add tomato sauce, sauté thoroughly, add chicken water (water is fine). After boiling, put the cabbage and potato slices and
crushed spaghetti into the soup and cook, add salt to taste!
3, Irish braised lamb
Lamb cut into chunks, onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, potatoes cut into chunks.
Blanch the lamb in hot water first!
Then cook the washed lamb in water (add onion, parsley, salt and pepper to the water, turn on the pot and cook the lamb slowly over low heat!) Finally, add thyme and cook the rest of the vegetables! (You can't be in the UK and not have heard of IRISH STEW!)
Roasted potatoes/pumpkin/sweet potatoes: very simple, just cut into chunks and mix with a bit of salt and cardamom powder, then roast with a bit of butter! The difference is that by pumpkin you also have to put a little cinnamon powder! It's very simple! It's so delicious!
Cream braised spinach / greens: first spinach / greens with boiling water, and then the butter to the crushed garlic sautéed into a little white wine boiled, and then pour a little bit of cream boiled into the blanched spinach / greens, and then put the hot spinach / greens, and finally put the salt, chicken powder seasoning on the line!
And garlic fried Dutch beans: practice as the name of the dish, as long as the butter fried garlic and then put into the boiling water scalded Dutch beans, with salt and chicken powder to adjust the mouth on the line! The hard and refreshing, personal recommendation!
And curium cauliflower: cabbage or green cauliflower can be! Just cabbage flowers than green cauliflower water blanching time a little longer! And then dozens of face up in the plate, pour the mouth of the cream sauce, the sauce should be poured evenly, and finally sprinkled with cheese into the oven to bake on the color on the line!
Low-calorie vegetable salad: Get your favorite vegetables, put them in a container, add some olive oil (salad oil is fine),
red wine vinegar (white vinegar is fine), salt, sugar! Just mix it at the end!!!
Or you can make a salad dressing with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. This is the easiest. However, your veggie salad will need some salt and pepper, and then this dressing should be good.
Fruit salad: simple, salad dressing with fruit!
Another way to do it is,
Make a pot of water with cinnamon, sugar, oranges, lemons, and apples! Boil it for 2 hours and let it cool! Just add the fruit in at the end!
Potato Salad: Peel the potatoes after boiling or steaming, (be sure to peel them afterward or they will be too watery)
How you cut them is up to you! Finally tossed with salad dressing on the line!
Or the potatoes stirred, add, salt, pepper, a little cardamom, some butter, milk, a few egg yolks. That's it.
There are hundreds of different ways to make potato salad, and I'm talking about the simplest one!
Sweet corn salad: There are many kinds of sweet corn salad! Sweet corn has a creamy flavor all by itself, you don't need to put cream on it!
Of course, there is one way to do it with cream, but it has to be served hot and cold! Not sure which one you're asking about!!!! Let's make it easy, if you don't like it ask again!
First of all the ingredients you choose must be sweet corn! (old corn can not ah) with the chopped onion and sweet corn mixed together, add salad oil (olive oil) a little salt, sugar, white vinegar, and chopped green onions on the line! This is the basic sweet corn salad, of course, you can also add some ingredients according to your own taste. For example: diced tomatoes, diced green peppers, diced ham 。。。。。。
Vanilla flavored ice cream
Put the egg yolks and sugar together and beat until the mixture is white!
Boil a pot of milk and add vanilla pod or vanilla essence
Until the milk comes to a boil and the vanilla flavor comes out! Turn down the heat!
Then, slowly add the beaten egg yolks and sugar mixture to the milk (the milk should not be too hot or the eggs will cook) and whisk constantly until the eggs are completely mixed in with the milk
That's it! (During the heating process, be sure to keep the heat low.) After cooking for a while, until the liquid can hang partially on the spoon (with a little bit of consistency), it can be taken off the heat!
After the liquid has cooled, put it in the ice cream maker and add some cream on it!!!!
If you're at home, put it in the freezer. But during the freezing process, you have to stir it often! About 5 minutes at a time (or less, if possible, it's better if you can get into the freezer and stir it while it's freezing, but then you'll be ice cream too, haha) until the ice cream is completely frozen !!!! Finally, add some cream and stir well and freeze again! Don't forget to stir of course!
Potato puree: Steam or boil potatoes, peeled and crushed into mud, add egg yolks (depending on how much you do mashed potatoes to put, generally do three people at home to eat with two or three potatoes, an egg yolks will be enough), salt, chicken powder, cardamom Powder Mixed, and then with their own preferences into a ball-shaped stick can be (do not be too big ah, made into a ball of the forefinger and the thumb of the fingertips of the relative so big can be) and then dip! A layer of flour, a layer of egg (beaten) and then a layer of bread crumbs mixed with crushed almonds on the line! You can fry them in a pan until they are golden brown, and they smell good! (
You can also crush the roasted almonds and mix them in the Western-style fried rice! It's a great flavor!
If you don't mind the hassle, the first thing to do is to make the sauce.
Roast the beef bones (minced) to color (dark brown), and cut the onions, carrots, and celery into large chunks (however you want to cut them)! Saute (grill) the chopped veggies for color as well, then comes the sauteed tomato sauce, make sure it's sauteed thoroughly for color! (Stir fry as dark as you can without making it mushy.)
Put the roasted beef bones, veggies, and tomato sauce into a large pot and add water to cook! (You can also add some
spices, red wine in the cook together) Boil the pot on low heat, cook for a day on the line (the length of time depends on how much you do, more, if the time to be a little longer!) When the flavor and consistency is right, it's done!
Finally, just strain out the juice! (As for the beef bones and veggies, they're garbage at this point!)
Black Pepper Sauce:
Saute in butter, chopped onion, chopped garlic. Add crushed black pepper and saute!
Add brandy. (Be sure to watch out, the brandy will burn if the pan is hot! Don't get hurt! But don't panic. After a while, it will go out by itself.) Stir fry for a while, then add the teriyaki sauce! Of course, don't forget the salt! Add some cream when you take it out of the pan!
Onion Sauce:
Shred the onion, saute the shredded onion in butter and add thyme (thyme).
Sauté the onions for color (golden brown), add the red wine and cook for a while (when the wine evaporates to half of what's left),
Add the teriyaki sauce!
Red wine juice:
Saute the chopped onion in butter, add a little thyme (personal habit, you can leave it out) and saute the flavor, then add red wine, cook for a while, add teriyaki sauce, and adjust the taste. finish!
Note: The red wine mentioned above all refers to the dry red!
How is it, still satisfied? If there's anything you don't understand OR You want to know some more sauce for beef, just ask me again!
I still don't really recommend making it at home though, it's too much of a hassle! The easiest way to do it is to:
Marinate the steak in salt and black pepper, then sear it and serve it with mustard sauce! Serve it with some cooked vegetables, potatoes, whatever!
Or just pour the sauce, but it's too much of a hassle to make the sauce at home! So not recommended!
Personally, I think the eye is good enough, but of course, the tenderloin, the T-Bone is good too!
But it's not practical to eat it at home!
Because we don't have steak strips, steak plates at home! So can't talk about the frying method!
But there's a lot to be said for steak maturity, so I suggest you don't eat it fully cooked. (The texture is like a shoehorn, especially
domestic beef) Most Chinese people 8 mature is acceptable! (Of course, you can follow my example and eat 50 percent, provided you don't fear getting mad cow disease.)
The identification of maturity:
1 look, 3 minutes cooked and 5 minutes cooked steak will have blood oozing out!
2 touch, 3-minute cooked steak feel like touching the face
5-minute cooked steak like the meat on the palm of the hand
7-minute cooked steak like the skin on the forehead
Indian Chicken Curry Rice: Chicken curry:
The first thing to do is to put the chicken with salt, natural powder (a little bit can be), Chinese coriander powder, yellow Ginger powder, sweet red pepper powder, chili powder, curry powder, coriander leaves (home made if a piece of it will do) mix well, marinate a little, it is recommended that you can put a little thyme! (personal opinion)! Then use a pan to grill the chicken for color! Set aside. Next, sauté the onions (shredded or chopped) for color, then add the ginger, garlic and a bit of fresh or dried chili and sauté, then add the natural powder, Chinese coriander powder, curry powder and sauté for a bit, then add the coconut milk and bring to a boil! (After frying the ginger and garlic, you can fry some curry paste in it, until it gets reddish oil! (You can also use coconut milk to soak the curry paste directly to it)
Lastly, put the previous fried chicken into the mix can be (if the juice is too little, you can add a little less water), because the chicken is better cooked, so the chicken put into the boil for 5 minutes can also be! Then use chicken powder salt seasoning mouth on the line
Note: 1. spices do not put a lot of home to do put a little on it, otherwise it will be bitter!
2. curry powder to be a little more than other spices, because after all, it is curry well!
3. When you eat it, you can put some potatoes boiled in curry chicken water into it, the flavor will be very good!
4. When it comes out of the pan, you can drizzle a little bit of sesame oil and put a little bit of freshly chopped Chinese cilantro in it!
