Practice:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Cook the cut noodles and set aside in cold water.
3. Dice the squash. (It is best to choose the core of the squash, my family has only large pieces of squash on the peeled and diced used)
4. tomatoes peeled, diced.
5. Eggs beaten, scrambled eggs, oil is hot, pour in the eggs, with chopsticks quickly scattered, out of the spare.
6. In the pan with the scrambled eggs, pour in the chopped squash, add salt and a little soy sauce and stir fry.
7. Add diced tomatoes, season with sugar and stir-fry until it turns into puree.

9. Add a little water starch.
tips:
1. tomatoes peeled, may be slightly scalded with boiling water, remove and rinse with cold water, so it is easy to peel.
2. Cooked noodles, you can also but cold water, but summer or slightly cooler good.
