Ingredients
One pack of enoki mushrooms
Four spicy millets
One green onion
Five cloves of garlic
One spoon of oil consumption
One spoon of soybean oil
Two spoons of seafood soy sauce
How to make tinfoil enoki mushrooms (family version)
Wash the ingredients, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and wash them, squeeze out the excess water, cut the shallots and millet into small pieces, and mince the garlic cloves!
Mix the oil ~ soybean oil ~ soy sauce ~ minced garlic into a sauce
Place the enoki mushrooms on tin foil, pour in the sauce, mix well, and sprinkle with the processed green onions. And millet spicy (be sure to wash your hands after cutting millet spicy...)
Fold the tin foil into a closed box and put it in the oven!
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (hard time)
