Steps
1. Prepare the bean curd (I used slow-open frozen bean curd) and pork ribs.
2. Blanch the ribs in boiling water for 10 minutes. After blanching, fish out and drain the water and set aside.
3. Slice green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.
4. Start the fire, oil 8 minutes cooked, add onion, ginger and garlic burst pan.
5. Stir fry the onion aroma, put the ribs, in the wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, stir fry together.
6. Spare ribs stir-fried to golden, put the water, in the beans, fine salt, pepper seasoning stewed together for about 20 minutes.
7. When the soup dries up, it can be served out of the pot.

1, the amount of soup can be based on the meat stewed cooked about.
2, frozen bean curd should be stewed with ribs in the pot.
