1. Add proper amount of vinegar and alkaline noodles to the water, then add octopus and rub it by hand until the mucus on the octopus surface is cleaned.

2. Find out the genus of octopus and remove it, as shown below.

3. Then open the octopus's head, squeeze out all the internal organs and wipe the ink clean.

4. As shown in the figure, all the octopus viscera taken out are thrown away.

5. Then remove the skin of the octopus and tear it down from the head, as shown in the figure below.

6. Just rinse the octopus again at last.
