Ingredients: 200g bacon, 50g red green pepper150g.
Accessories: oil, salt, pepper, aniseed, dried pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 1: Slice the bacon and soak it in clear water for 4 hours.
Step 2: Cut the red pepper and green pepper into sections.
Step 3: Pour oil into the pot, add pepper, aniseed, dried pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4: Add bacon and stir fry for a while.
Step 5: Add red pepper and green pepper and stir fry.
Step 6: Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce to taste.
Step 7: Serve.
