Broad bean (300g) Seasoning: cinnamon (5g) fennel seed (20g) cooking wine (5g) pepper (5g) licorice (5g) marinade (20g) white sugar (5g) spiced powder (5g).
Production step
: 1. Wash broad beans, pour them into a pot, and add brine (brine from pickled potherb mustard); Wrap fennel and cinnamon in gauze, tie them tightly and put them in the pot. The amount of pickled potherb mustard brine should be enough to overflow the soybeans. 2. Set fire to a pot filled with broad beans.
