Ingredients: pork (preferably fat and thin), oil tofu, mushrooms, sweet potato powder.

Proportion of materials: the proportion of mushrooms and pork depends on personal preference. It doesn't matter that the ratio of sweet potato powder to pork is 1: 5.

Material treatment: chop pork and mushrooms (not too much, it will lose its flavor), mix sweet potato powder with salt, and stir to make stuffing.

Wrap it in oil tofu.

Cooking: First, fry the meat buns in oil until slightly burnt, then add water to stew for 15 minutes, and add some salt when taking out.

Remarks: This is a common practice in my hometown. You can also change mushrooms into other favorite vegetables such as leeks, onions and fungus.
