Step 1: Prepare materials
Growing grass: All strawberries can be grown in pots. The better varieties include Four Seasons Strawberry, Baojiao Early Strawberry, and European Four Seasons Red. Seeds can be purchased directly at the flower market.
Soil quality: Strawberries are fertilizer-loving plants, so base fertilizers (organic fertilizers and less chemical fertilizers) should be fully applied when preparing soil. For nutrient soil, choose garden soil and peat ash mixed in equal proportions, and add a small amount of animal manure.
Container: Choose a container according to the size of the space. This is a pot of strawberries. The plant is small, with a diameter of 20 centimeters, which is enough for a pot. If you plant a large amount of plants, you can choose long strip potted plants with multiple plants in one pot. Ceramic basins are commonly used, which have better ventilation and drainage effects.

Step 2: Planting
First put the nutrient soil into the pot. The nutrient soil should not be too large, 3 to 4 inches along the edge of the pot. Pour it thoroughly and place it in a cool place for 1 to 2 days.
Choose strong strawberry seedlings, trim damaged roots and old leaves, and leave 2 to 3 leaves.
Dig a few small holes, 3 to 5 cm inside the pot. Plant the seedlings in, straighten the roots, plant support, and flatten the soil.
After planting, pour a small amount of water and cover it with a plastic bag to reduce water evaporation and ensure that the pot humidity is suitable for the growth of strawberries.
Step 3: Daily management
Temperature management: The suitable temperature for strawberry growth is 15~30℃, and the root system grows normally in an environment of 15~20℃, ensuring that the flowering period is between 15~ 20℃.
Water management: Strawberries should be watered frequently after planting to keep the pot soil moist.
Fertilizer management: Potted strawberries mainly use organic fertilizer. It can be supplemented by watering with soaked beans, once in 7 days.
Pruning: During the cultivation process, prune branches once old leaves are found to turn yellow. When it grows to the point of growing vines, pluck the vines. There are many small plants on the vines that can be cut and replanted.
Step 4: Repot the strawberries
The strawberries will start to rot after two years, so they will be repotted in a larger one after one year and repotted at two o'clock.
Note:
Irrigation can be done in the morning or evening.
During the flowering period, the air humidity should not be too high to avoid affecting fruit setting.
Open field potted plants can be planted throughout the year, with the highest survival rate from September to October.
