Rubus corchorifolius Linn.f., also known as March Bubble, April Bubble, Shantouzi, Gourd, Rubus, Steamed Bread Pineapple, High-legged Pineapple, Dragon Boat Bubble, Milk Bubble, Raspberry, and Crab, is a deciduous shrub in Rosaceae and Rubus L of Rosasubfamily. Widely distributed in other provinces, cities and autonomous regions except Northeast China, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Tibet, it grows in sunny slopes, streams, valleys, wasteland and bushes at an altitude of 3 ~ 15 m. The roots, stems, leaves and fruits of raspberry can be used as medicine, and the root taste is slightly bitter, pungent and flat. It has the effects of expelling wind and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, detoxifying and healing sores. It is mainly used to treat rheumatism, lumbago, dysentery, nocturnal emission, poisonous snake bite, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, eczema and infantile malnutrition. It is a common folk medicine of Miao nationality.
