Tomato beef noodle
Ingredients: half a tomato, beef tenderloin, carrots, nutritious noodles and small vegetables.
Marinate beef with water and ginger slices to remove fishy smell and blood, wash and chop all ingredients, add starch oil to beef and mix well (a little soy sauce can be added for one year or older). Cook the noodles for 7 minutes, remove the cold water, pour oil into the pot, add meat foam and stir-fry until it changes color, add tomatoes and carrots and stir-fry for a while.
Add appropriate amount of water and stew until the soup is thick, add chopped green vegetables and stir well, add cooked noodles and stir well, and cook until the noodles are full of soup (a little salt can be added for one year old or older).
