1. net pot on fire, pour salad oil;
2. Immediately pour in all the seasonings above (be sure to cool the oil in the pot, so that the scallion oil will be stronger);
3. Medium fire until the oil boils, then simmer slowly with low fire, turn off the fire when it turns yellow from zoom, and let it cool;
4. Remove the residue;
5. Cut the yellow and red sweet peppers into filaments, cut the shallots into sections and mince the garlic;
6. Cut the root of Flammulina velutipes and tear it;
