Blood swallow: soak for 6- 12 hours, and slow fire 1-2 hours.
Bai Yan: Soak for 4-6 hours and simmer for about 30 minutes-1 hour.
Yansi: Soak 1 hour and simmer for 30 minutes.
Swallowing strips: soak for 4 hours with slow fire 1 hour.
Yan cake: soak for 3-4 hours, slow fire 1-2 hours.
Precautions for stewing:
1. water quantity: the bird's nest is soaked, poured into the stew pot and covered with appropriate amount of water.
2. Temperature: first boil water with large fire, and then simmer with slow fire;
3. All kinds of ingredients should be cooked separately.
