circular motion

Personal diseases are only divided into internal injuries and exogenous diseases (febrile diseases should belong to typhoid fever in a broad sense). Internal injuries, which belong to physique diseases, are still moving in a round way, and it will take years for the damage of physique to disappear, so internal injuries can be treated slowly; Exogenous disease belongs to the disease of qi. At first, the qi is even biased, then the qi wins alone and the body movement is not round. The shape and quality are not easily destroyed, but the qi is easy to dissipate. If the exogenous disease wins alone, the treatment should be rapid. Exogenous diseases are based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases.

First, internal injuries:

The human body is divided into five parts: the upper qi drops from the right, the lower qi rises from the left, and the middle qi rises and falls in rotation. The whole movement circle is a disease-free person. Internal injuries are divided into six categories according to the diseases and treatment methods of the whole six lines and six qi of the human body, which are used as the major methods to treat internal injuries:

Lizhong pill, the unlucky side of middle earth

Mai Men Dong Tang, the recipe of golden qi not falling.

Xiaojianzhong decoction, the prescription that gallbladder meridian is incompatible with fire.

Danggui Ginger Mutton Soup, the recipe of wood gas not rising.

Shenqi pill, the prescription of water vapor not rising.

Comparison with Sini decoction;

Both Lizhong decoction and Sini decoction can treat self-interest without thirst, abdominal pain, loose stool and internal cold. The difference lies in Lizhong decoction treating chronic deficiency syndrome, Sini decoction treating acute deficiency syndrome, and Sini decoction's aconite bears the heavy responsibility of restoring yang and breaking cold.

Remarks: The difference between Xiaojianzhong Decoction and Guizhi Decoction is that their prescriptions are very similar, but their symptoms are quite different. Xiaojianzhong treats fatigue, abdominal pain, insomnia and limb pain, and all the symptoms are in the interior, so it pays more attention to white peony than cassia twig. Guizhi Decoction is mainly used to treat fever and aversion to cold, and relieve exterior symptoms, so it pays more attention to cassia twig.

A. Sini decoction treats internal cold; Fuzi decoction is used to treat exterior symptoms (so Sini decoction uses aconite root, and Fuzi decoction uses auxiliary tablets. My understanding is that the auxiliary tablets are white ones, and their efficacy is slightly worse than that of aconite root. Please correct me. )

B. Mume Pill consists of Mume Fructus, Herba Asari, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Aconiti Lateralis, Fructus Zanthoxyli, Cortex Cinnamomi, Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Codonopsis.

This prescription is based on the syndrome of cold and heat mixed with ascaris lumbricoides, so it is regarded as the ancestral prescription for treating ascaris lumbricoides by later generations. However, we can't regard Wumei Pill as a special agent for insect control, which greatly limits its therapeutic scope and function. Because it can clear the upper temperature and lower the temperature, it is bitter and bitter; It can also reconcile yin and yang, strengthen the body resistance and control the constrictor, so it is not only the main prescription for treating the syndrome of stranguria, but also the main prescription for treating the syndrome of imbalance of yin and yang, internal fire of wood, and mixed cold and heat. (Note: Copying from other places)

(3) semi-exterior and semi-interior diseases: (shaoyang gallbladder meridian does not reduce the disease)

The law of governance: the law of reconciliation

It is characterized in that Xiaochaihu is the reconciliation of shaoyang to drive away evil, while Dachaihu is the reconciliation of removing heat from the interior. The main ingredient of Dachaihu decoction is Xiaochengqi decoction on the basis of Xiaochaihu.

Question: Why does the book say that shaoyang disease has no fu-organs syndrome and has classics syndrome?

Syndrome manifestations such as deafness, red eyes, headache, chest pain; The manifestations of fu-organ syndrome are bitter mouth, upset, and vomiting.

Looking back, glory is partial to releasing fever, while Wei is partial to accumulating aversion to cold, and honor and Wei are in harmony with each other.

If yang deficiency and gallbladder yang are sufficient to cross Jue yin, the liver will not get cold.

Yangming's stomach is full of yang, so the spleen will not get cold.

If the yang of the sun and the bladder are sufficient to communicate with less yin, the kidney will not get cold.

On the contrary,

If the yin of the Taiyin spleen and soil is sufficient to communicate with Yangming, the stomach fu-organs will not get sick and hot.

The deficiency of yin and kidney water can make the bladder warm.

These are all related to each other, and the exterior is the same.
