1. Chopsticks mixing method

2. Hot water immersion method
Wash chestnuts first, then put them in a big bowl, add some salt, add boiling water, cover them, and simmer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, take out the chestnuts, cut a small mouth with a knife, and then clean them easily with shells and skins. This method can obtain complete pulp.
3. Cross knife method
