Why do plain ducks and plain chickens call them that? What is the difference?
They are two different things, different materials, different manufacturing processes, different costs and tastes. Vegetarian chicken is a high-grade bean product made by autoclaving soybean layer, and vegetarian duck is tofu coat. Tofu coat is a by-product in the processing of bean products. Plain duck is a secondary processed product, which is not pressed and is a low-cost food. . . Appearance, taste, texture and other characteristics are completely different. . .
