Egg tarts can be made in an air fryer.
Portuguese egg tart (air fryer version):
Main ingredients: 250ml milk, 100g light cream, 3 eggs.
Accessories: 15g of low gluten flour, 20 egg tart crusts, 50g of sugar.
1. Stir the milk, light cream and sugar over hot water until melted, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
2. After cooling, add three egg yolks, then sift the flour through a mesh sieve, mix well, and strain.
3. Spoon the strained egg yolk mixture directly into the tart shells, about 7 minutes full each.
4, put the tart into the air fryer 150 °, timed 15 minutes on it (or the oven 22 degrees Bake 25 minutes or so)
5, good tart.
