Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Pour all the prepared cooking oil, granulated sugar and egg mixture in a large bowl.
3. Whisk them well.
4.4. After mixing all the low gluten flour, baking soda, and chopped peanuts, pour them into the large bowl from step 2.
5. Wearing disposable gloves, knead all the mixed ingredients into a ball.
6. Pinch every 20g into a peanut brittle, place it neatly on a baking sheet and flatten it.
7. Brush the top of each peanut brittle with egg wash.
8. Press a peanut into the center of each peanut brittle, or ignore this step if you don't have any peanuts.
9. Place in the center of the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
