The data show that in 2020-202 1 year, China's sugar output reached 10660500 tons, an increase of 245,400 tons compared with 20 19-2020, with a year-on-year increase of 2.36%. The sales cost is 96010.8 million tons, which is 527,600 tons higher than the sugar production period from 20 19 to 2020, with a year-on-year increase of 5.80%.
In terms of varieties, the yield of sugarcane is obviously higher than that of sugar beet, and the proportion of sugarcane in the total output of sugar crops has increased from 80% in 20 10 to 90% in 202 1 0. The development trend of sugar industry shows that China's sugar production is relatively concentrated.
According to the import data, China mainly imports white sugar, and part of the imported white sugar is intergovernmental trade (that is, more than 400,000 tons of Cuban sugar every year), which directly enters the national reserve, forming a "national reserve of white sugar".
Production technology of white sugar:
1. Sugarcane pretreatment before sugarcane pressing: After sugarcane is cleaned, it is mechanically and quickly pressed by a sugarcane press driven by an electric drive system to form sugarcane juice.
2. Squeezing: After sugarcane enters the compressor unit, it is the main part of the whole compression section to extract sugar through multiple squeezing and multiple infiltration.
3. Cleaning of sugarcane juice: Generally, the cleaning method is to heat the mixed juice and add chemicals to precipitate impurities, and then separate the precipitate to obtain clear and transparent juice with low chroma.
4. Evaporation of sugarcane juice: In order to reduce steam consumption, the utilization of secondary steam is a main way.
5. Sucrose crystallization: clear juice is evaporated and concentrated into syrup with a temperature of about 60℃, which is called crude syrup. Further concentration is necessary to precipitate crystals.
