Preparation materials: chestnut150g, rice 200g.
Auxiliary materials: 50g of carrot, 50g of sausage, 50g of green beans, 2 shallots, salt and proper amount of soy sauce.
Production method: (The details that need to be paid attention to in the production process have been summarized at the end, so don't miss it.)
Step 1: The chestnuts were still covered with ice when they were just taken out of the refrigerator. We first boiled water in the pot, then poured the chestnuts into it and boiled it for about 5-6 minutes. Then we immediately took out the chestnuts and soaked them in a cold water basin for 10 minute. During this time, we washed the rice and soaked it for a while, then took out the chopping board and scissors to peel the chestnuts. Then use scissors to cut a hole, stir up the meat film and the shell and gently force it outward, so that the shell of chestnut can't be peeled off easily, and there is no meat film sticking to the chestnut meat, and it doesn't hurt the fingernails. Cut the peeled chestnut into small pieces for later use. Then wash, peel and cut the carrot into small pieces, and cut the Cantonese sausage directly into small pieces.
Step 2: Pour a little cooking oil into the wok. After the oil is hot, first pour the sausage into the wok and stir-fry. Turn on a small torch to stir-fry the fat oil in the sausage, and then stir-fry the onion and carrots. Next, pour the green beans and chestnuts into the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes, and then season them.
Put a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little soy sauce, and a spoonful of oyster sauce, then add a proper amount of water and mix well. Then put the drained rice into the pot and mix well again.
Step 3: then pour all the ingredients into the inner container of the rice cooker. If you feel that there is not enough water, you can pour in some more.
Today, there was a power outage at home. I used a pressure cooker to cook braised rice. I didn't expect the braised rice made in this way to be particularly sticky and fragrant, which can be regarded as a mistake. You can also cook it directly in the rice cooker.
Bring out the braised rice, sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix all the ingredients evenly with a shovel before serving.
