Ingredients: 500g watermelon peel, 0/0g pepper/kloc-,ginger and white sugar, 5g refined salt and vinegar, and proper amount of monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.
Methods: Remove the hard skin of watermelon peel, cut into strips and marinate with refined salt, squeeze out the water, put it in a bowl, add sugar and mix well, then put it in the refrigerator for a while.
