4, brewing
Dahongpao needs to be brewed with boiling water, and only high temperature can soak the contents of tea; If the water temperature is not enough, the brewing time can be longer.
When brewing Dahongpao, the method of high water flushing is generally used, that is, boiling hot water is directly poured on the tea leaves and the tea leaves are tumbled, so that the taste of the tea leaves will be released more thoroughly.
The first soaking time is about1-2 minutes, and the time can also be adjusted according to the age and quantity of tea. After that, each soaking can be extended by 5-10 second.
Dahongpao is resistant to brewing and can be brewed for 7-8 times repeatedly.
5, out of soup
Pour the soaked tea soup into the juxtaposed cups in turn.
