Ingredients: sea oysters, garlic cloves, eggs, groundnut flour, ginger, salt
1. sea oysters clean;
2. garlic cloves cleaned, cut into roughly 5 mm to 1 cm thick section;
3. ginger cut into minced form
4. eggs beaten and spare (eggs about 1 to 2 will be enough)
5. oysters, garlic cloves together, add chopped ginger, salt, and add a few spoons of groundnut flour, mix well, into a thin consistency without dry powder
6. Start a pot of oil, add the mixture, and fry until both sides are golden brown;
7. When both sides are golden brown, you can evenly drizzle into the beaten egg mixture, and when the egg mixture is cooked, it can be removed from the pan.
