Ingredients: chicken feet, ginger, dried pepper, green pepper, garlic, bean paste.
Prepare:
1, chicken feet washed and drained for later use.
2, ginger slices (this dish has to use 108 slices of ginger), garlic pat open.
3. Soak dried peppers and green peppers in boiling water for 10 minutes to drain the water (this is not easy to fry).
Practice:
1, put oil in a hot pan, add bean paste, dried ginger and garlic peppers, stir-fry green peppers until fragrant, add chicken feet and stir-fry for two minutes.
