Tomato and egg fried rice
Ingredients
Tomatoes, leftover rice, eggs, chopped green onions, salt.
Method
Wash and chop the tomatoes, chop the green onions;
Heat the oil in a pan, add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out, then add the remaining Stir-fry the rice;
Stir-fry until there is no water, then add salt and egg liquid and stir-fry until cooked, add chopped green onion, stir and serve.
