Stomach cold is a traditional Chinese medicine saying, which is characterized by five elements. Both cold and heat are symptoms that deviate from the normal state. Cold and heat can't be compatible with each other. Correspondingly, cold needs to be warmed up and heat needs to be cooled. The symptoms of stomach cold are often caused by cold weather and eating cold food. When the pain is accompanied by a cold feeling in the stomach, the symptoms of getting warm are alleviated.
I often hear people say that their stomachs are uncomfortable, and the symptoms are mostly stomach cold, and occasionally they are hot and uncomfortable. My stomach cold seems to be born, and no matter how regular life is, I can't change it. This Spring Festival holiday was at home, and I accidentally caught cold one night, so I tossed around for several days. In the end, my mother used a folk prescription to get it: wash the old ginger, cut two or three pieces into pieces and put them in a bowl, add red sugar or earth sugar, rush into boiling water and drink it while it is hot. On a whim, I went online to find some remedies for stomach cold, and found that the principle was similar, all of them used warm food to warm the stomach. Among them, the recipe for stewed chicken with pepper root was also mentioned by the tour guide when he traveled to the sea at that time, and some students also told me about the recipe for cooking things in pig's belly. I don't seem to see mutton in these recipes. In fact, mutton warms the stomach very well, especially the belly of mutton, which is very effective for me.
With so many recipes, I secretly think that it's not easy to get tired of eating if I change cooking and eating, and I can also choose to do it according to my mood. Hehe
1. Fresh ginger and white sugar are used to treat stomach cold and pain: 5 grams of fresh ginger (fine powder) and 25 grams of white sugar are marinated together; Take one spoon (common spoon) three times a day before meals; Persist in eating for a week, and it usually works; If it is not completely cured, continue to eat until it is cured.

Pepper root in soup is pungent, hot and warm, which has the functions of warming stomach, dispelling cold and relieving pain, warming meridians and removing rheumatism. Codonopsis pilosula can tonify the spleen and stomach, strengthen the body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors < P >, and it is also cold-proof and hurts stomach qi, and its taste is sweet and it restricts the pungent dryness of pepper root. Jujube helps Codonopsis pilosula to supplement the middle energizer, and enhances its sweetness. Chicken is rich in nutrition, and has the functions of invigorating spleen, tonifying middle warmer, benefiting qi and nourishing blood. It can be used together with the above herbs, which can tonify but not be greasy, make the spleen and stomach function vigorous, help to dispel cold pathogens and warm stomach qi.
