How to make loofah and scallops
1. Prepare the materials. Wash and slice the king oyster mushrooms, peel and cut the loofah into cubes.
2. Wash the scallops and soak them in rice wine.
3. Steam the scallops in a pot.
4. Wash and slice the king oyster mushrooms, blanch them in a pot of boiling water and take them out.
5. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot. When the oil temperature is 60% hot, sauté the chopped green onions and loofah. When the loofah is stir-fried, add king oyster mushrooms.
6. Add abalone juice.
7. Add salt and stir-fry.
8. Add scallops.
9. Finally thicken and stir-fry evenly.
