Glutinous rice flour 300g
Chingming grass 200g
Brown sugar 250g
Crispy sesame 150g
How to make ching ming pao ?
Crush the brown sugar with a knife and set aside
Wash the ghee with water, then put it in a pot and fry it!
Fry the ghee and break it with a hedge!
While doing the above steps, wash the Qingming grass, chop it, and put it in water to cook
Mix the broken ghee with the previously chopped brown sugar, and continue to beat it until it appears to be cake-mounted! Then add cooking oil! Lard is best! In this way, the most important filling of the Ching Ming Pa is ready!
Mix the boiled Qingming grass into the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a dough!
Pack it like you normally would, then fry it in a small amount of oil until it turns yellow on both sides!
