The raw materials are peanut oil, onion leaves, pepper and fennel leaves.
Wash the onion, put it in a container and control the moisture.
Cut onion leaves into appropriate strips, wash them with clear water to remove dust, and dry them.
Put the pot on the stove, control the moisture, pour in proper amount of peanut oil, and add spices such as pepper to the lampblack after the oil is hot.
Stir-fry the seasoning almost together with the onion leaves, and stir-fry the onion leaves slowly on low heat.
The onion leaves in the pot changed from green to yellowish brown. Turn off the fire and wait until the oil in the pot is cold.
