Accessories: oil, salt, 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, ? teaspoon of black pepper powder, ? tablespoon of five-spice powder
Step 1: Combine the barbecue sauce + light soy sauce + light soy sauce + sugar + dark pepper powder + five-spice powder and salt and stir well.
Step 2: Clean the bare duck, pour the seasoned BBQ sauce over the duck and rub for a few minutes.
Step 3: Seal the plastic bag and marinate for 2 days, turning a few times halfway through.

Step 5: In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons honey + 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
Step 6: Use a brush to apply the honey water all over the duck.
Step 7: Put the duck in the middle layer of the oven, heat up and down, 150 degrees, roast for 2 hours, take out in the middle of the time and baste with honey water again, the last step 200 degrees, roast for another 10 minutes.
