Water 3000g
Soda 60g

I do it is heated grinder, so that the water is more or less water does not matter much.

Grind and add soda, stir. Let sit for four hours. Boil water over high heat, when the water boils put the solidified konjac pulp, cut into pieces. Cook on high heat for two hours, fill up if the water is less.
