Seasoning: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp salt, 1/4 tsp chicken broth, 1/4 tsp chicken broth
Method:
1. Soak dried squid in cold water one night ahead of time, and slice it into long strips. Cut the garlic clover into pieces, shred the red pepper, mince the garlic and ginger.
2. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a wok, add the garlic clover, 1/2 tsp salt, and 50 ml water, stir-fry until cooked.
3. Heat 1 tbsp cold oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger and stir fry until fragrant. Add shredded squid and red pepper, 1 tbsp secret red chili oil, soy sauce and salt and stir-fry over high heat.
4. Stir-fry the squid until the color and taste. Add the fried garlic clover, chicken essence and then stir-fry evenly.
