How to Make Stir Fried River Noodles with Lean Meat and Eggs

River Noodles 500g
Lean Meat 160g
Methods/Steps

Wash the lean meat and slice it. Add a little salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine and pepper and marinate for 8 minutes.

Prepare two small green onions, wash and cut into small pieces.

Prepare 500 grams of river noodles and set aside.

Grab a small clean bowl, beat two eggs and set aside.

Heat a wok and add a little oil, pour the egg mixture into the wok, fry over low heat and set aside in a bowl.

Use the pan in which the eggs were fried, add the marinated lean pork and stir-fry over high heat.

When the lean pork is cooked, add the rice noodles and continue to stir-fry over high heat.

When the noodles become soft, add the fried egg, salt and soy sauce and stir-fry to taste.

Before the rice noodles are ready to be served, add the spring onions and stir-fry well to serve.
