Ingredients: 2 pieces of water tofu, 1 green onion, 1 tsp of salt, 5 grams of peanut oil
Steps:
1. The water tofu bought is For thicker soft tofu, separate it from the middle and cut each piece into 4 pieces. Drain the pot, add some oil, remove the pot, and drain the cut tofu gently. Fry over medium heat first.
2. After frying on medium heat for 5 minutes, turn to low heat and fry until golden brown enough, then switch to the other side and fry until golden brown.

Notes:
Shitake mushrooms can be used instead of shallots, but the mushrooms must be fried first and then cooked on top of the tofu.
