Eel soup
Ingredients: eel (appropriate amount) Steps
1. Wild eel.
2. Remove the internal organs from the eel and cut it into sections.
3. Boil it in a hot water pot and remove the mucous membrane on it.
4. Let the hot pot cool oil, stir-fry minced ginger and chopped green onion.
5. Add the fish segments.
6. Add some cooking wine, stir-fry a few times, add water, chicken essence and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for half an hour.
7. Add some salt and cook for two minutes. Finally, sprinkle with pepper and chopped green onion.
