If there is no Chai Yu stock, use ordinary water.
How to make a kimchi tofu pot?
Cut kimchi into delicious small strips of mushrooms and wash them for later use.
Don't cook chai fish soup. Add miso and Korean hot sauce to make it a little salty. Add tofu later.
Add mushrooms, pickles and tofu, and grunt for about 5 minutes.
Finally, add the eggs and turn off the heat!
