The origin of Silver Needle Baihao is Zhenghe County in the northeastern part of Fujian Province, my country. It is one of the top ten famous teas in my country. The buds of Baihao Silver Needle are fat and thick, with white hair all over the slope, as straight as needles, and white as silver in color. The tea buds produced in Fuding are thick-haired, white and shiny, the soup is light apricot yellow, and the taste is fresh and refreshing. Produced by Zhenghe, the soup has a mellow taste and a refreshing aroma. Silver needles are as white as silver and shaped like needles. They have the miraculous effect of improving eyesight and reducing fire, and can cure big fires. There is a beautiful folk legend about its origin. A long time ago, there was a year when there was no rain for a long time in the Zhenghe area and plague was everywhere. Many families were infected and could not be cured. At this time, it was said that there were some fairy grass beside a dragon well on Donggong Mountain. The juice of the grass could cure all diseases. . So many brave young men went looking for fairy grass, but they never returned. There is a family with three brothers and sisters, Zhigang, Zhicheng and Zhiyu. The three of them agreed to take turns to find the fairy grass. On this day, the eldest brother Zhigang came to the foot of Donggong Mountain. At this time, an old man walked out of the road and told him: The fairy grass is next to the Longjing on the mountain. When going up the mountain, you can only move forward and not look back, otherwise you will not be able to collect the fairy grass? quot; Zhigang climbed halfway up the mountain in one breath, only to see a mountain full of rocks, which was eerie and terrifying. Suddenly he heard a shout: "You dare to go up?" Zhigang was shocked and turned his head suddenly, which immediately turned into a new stone on the rocky hill. When the eldest brother did not come back, the second brother Zhicheng went on to look for fairy grass and lychee black tea. When he climbed halfway up the mountain, he turned back and turned into a huge boulder. The task of finding the fairy grass finally fell on Zhiyu. After she set off, she also met the white-haired grandfather on the way. He also told her not to look back and waited for words, and gave her a piece of baked glutinous rice cake. Zhiyu thanked her and continued walking forward. When she came to Rock Hill, strange sounds were heard everywhere. Zhiyu stuffed her ears with glutinous rice cakes and determined not to look back. Finally, she climbed to the top of the mountain and came to the Dragon Well. She picked the buds and leaves from the fairy grass and watered it with well water. The fairy grass blossomed and formed seeds. Zhiyu picked the seeds and immediately went down the mountain. After returning to his hometown, Zhiyu planted the seeds all over the hillside, and the villagers used its buds and leaves to cure the plague. Since then, the local people loved it and planted it for generations, and named it Baihao Yinzhen.
