Steps of Chinese yam, barley, lotus seed and pork tripe soup

I directly soaked the fresh pork tripe I bought with Amway Dish New Detergent (you can wash it together with oil, starch or baking powder and vinegar, which my mother taught me before), soaked it in water for fifteen minutes after washing (because the detergent is used, there is no need to soak the useless pork tripe), and the soup pot is used as cold water. When the pork tripe is boiled together, it can be taken out and then cleaned.

Tips
It's rainy, and the weather is wet. I'm tired of eating bone soup and duck soup. For a change, coix seed has the effect of removing moisture.
