1. Ingredients: 1 bowl of rice, 50 grams of bacon, 1 small handful of green beans, 1 small handful of carrots, appropriate amount of cooking oil.
2. Choose a small piece of golden-shaped pork belly (I have eaten it a few times and it tastes better, so I have been using it).
3. A bowl of overnight rice, a handful of peas, diced carrots, and bacon (it’s good to buy some quick-frozen green beans, corn kernels, and diced carrots for later use in fried rice).
4. First pour the carrots and peas into the oil pan and stir-fry, add a little salt, and then add the diced bacon.
5. Add rice and stir-fry until soft.
